nOS new Operating System has misleading marketing. In general, Nintendo Switch hosts some games with strange names, but nOS new Operating System may be the weirdest among them. Because this game, contrary to its name, is not an operating system at all, but a basic simulator of an operating system.
As we said, nOS new Operating System simulates an environment similar to a PC. This simulator is not even a game and can be used more as an educational program for children. It has a cartoony look and a simple user interface. You can move the mouse pointer with the controller or interact with Switch’s touch screen. You will see seven app icons that you can work with. These include Paint, calculators, a To-Do list, a notebook, a gallery, a puzzle game, and a settings icon.

Among the applications, the calculator is standard, but the others have the minimum features. For example, the paint app lacks useful tools and it is difficult to draw suitable art with it. As a result, you can only draw bad and childish pictures and save them in the gallery app. The only element that is considered a real game here is the puzzle, which unfortunately does not include anything like scoring.
Overall nOS new Operating System is not an operating system or even a fun game. This game can only be recommended to parents who do not want their young children to work with mobile phones. So they prefer to provide some simple features of a computer or Android tablet on the Switch for young ones. Unfortunately, despite the extreme simplicity and lacking features of nOS new Operating System, this product is sold for forty dollars, which is entirely unfair. The game is currently discounted and sold for only two dollars! A price that seems to be the real value.
